PrimeCare was setup as a means to facilitate a more effective service for domiciliary care providers. Historically, CHIS had a number of these types of care providers that needed to be insured, and it was decided that due to the highly specialised nature of domiciliary care, a highly specialised level of insurance was also needed. The best way to achieve this was by offering a separate, bespoke service, tailored to the domiciliary care provider and their individual needs.
