Material Damage

This covers all damage to external and internal property, such as your buildings and the contents of your care home. There can be a misunderstanding of maintenance and insurance, essentially if the damage occurs gradually i.e. If your care home requires a lick of paint and a bit of TLC, then that's maintenance and it's your responsibility, however if a tree falls down and breaks a window - it's ours.
