How to Make a Claim

If a situation arises where you do find yourself needing to make a claim, call CHIS, specify in full detail the event leading to the claim, and the damages suffered as a result.

Make sure you take plenty of photos of the scene - particularly of any damaged assets that you have to remove before we can get to you. It is a lot harder to accurately process a claim without substantial evidence and detail of what it is you are trying to claim against.
